Lol Tipa. Mind you if you have a decent slr with good lens and resolution you can actually zoom in on an eyeball in a portrait and see the photographer. My wife got a new camera recently and we did just that. It is pretty freaky.
Somehow I doubt that the average atm security camera has either the optics or the resolution to do it however so your point still stands.
Zoom and sharpen are magic!
