Finally got into the Alpha for Star Command Galaxies, a game I kickstarted a few years ago.
This alpha build lets you set up a kitchen, then beam down to a planet where you get killed by aliens. I did, however, manage to set the planet on fire first.
From the forums, I think it's safe to say I've seen most of the game as it exists at this moment.
Don't know what else to say about it, really. I imagine there's a bunch of stuff just on the verge of working that hasn't been enabled. It is an alpha, so I'm not going to rag on it about the lack of gameplay, and after all this time, it's nice to see SOMETHING.
Makes me want to play FTL again, really.
